About the Space

Welcome to a modern retro ranch-style home with high-end finishes, abundant natural light, and a versatile layout designed for productions of all kinds.

The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, multiple styled seating zones, and clean sightlines—allowing you to capture a variety of looks in one location. Large windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day, making it ideal for both photo and video shoots.

At the center of the home is a chef’s kitchen with built-in appliances and a spacious 9x6 ft island, perfect for cooking content, product shoots, or staging equipment. Just off the kitchen, a separate dining room/meeting room with a large table seating 6 comfortably (up to 8–10).

The home offers an indoor/outdoor flow, 15ft sliding door opens to a private backyard with a pool—ideal for lifestyle content and sunlit scenes. 

Upstairs, a 16x16 ft loft with a large balcony adds a unique vantage point and additional shooting space.


This space is ideal for photo shoots, interviews, video productions, branded content, social media shoots, and small creative teams. We’re happy to accommodate your production needs—just let us know what you’re planning.

Lots of natural light. The windows have pull down shades and the large sliding door has blackout curtains.

There are large windows on the East side and West side which allows for morning light and afternoon light.


The area is typically quiet and there is not a lot of traffic, however, the house is not 100% soundproof


The best way to unload equipment is to back up on the circular driveway in front of the house. The front door is 36" wide. 

There is an RV gate on the South side of the property if needed but the ground is gravel, not paved.

Production Rules

 No furniture to be removed from the bedrooms or loft. Any furniture and decor that is moved from the living/dining areas must be placed back at its original place after the shoot. 


  • No furniture to be removed from the building.
  • No smoking of any kind inside the building
  • Outside catering is allowed.
  • No excess noise or loud music outside.
  • No alcohol consumption outside
  • No pets allowed in the home due to allergies.
  • No parking in front of neighbors homes.
  • No furniture to be moved from room to room.
  • Ages 21+
